Yeah, I saw that in a t.v. programming magazine. Four drivers from the last season will be on again (one is that Alex Deborski (sp?) guy who I thought was the most level-headed and colorful of them all). Sounds like it will be as interesting if not more! They get to go faster!!
As for the tide question - I would think the ice has to follow the tide or break up but thats my guess.
