Hello, sounds like you have shift problems. when the tractor stalls out it is from being two gears at once. by jumping the clutch you must be poping one gear out. this is a very bad thing! you could cause big trans problems. I have done alot of ford trans because they lock in two gears and pop a gear tooth. it happens when you try and shift too fast. you might have some trouble with the shift lever or the shift plates. but if you make sure you are out of one gear before you shift to the next gear you will be ok you should have 3/4 inch of free play in the clutch pedal if not it needs to be adjusted.
