I would imagine that there are state laws that govern this. I've never had a problem with any of the guys around me though. But if this guy is dead set that you will, I'd check Michigan's version of the rules of the road and slow moving vehicles. Ya gotta be careful with this guy though. He may be a "You'll win the battle, but he'll win the war" type. If he's right, then he's right. If he's wrong, then he might be wrong and make your life miserable. That sheriff of yours really needs to go to bat for you and nip this guy in the bud.
