I agree totally Goose, I am a farmer in an area that takes the majority of it's income from farming, so the rules and law enforcement tend to be easy on the dangerous situation of 10 mph farm equipment on the same road as 60 mph traffic.
All involved must use their head to make a iffy situation work as well as possible. Most cops, with the exception of a very few Barney Fife types, try to keep everyone safe and moving with the least hassel to anyone. When the cop, being human like the rest of us runs into an "attitude" that tends to demand "rights" at the expense of everyone else, he may show a little additude of his own.
