HIGHLAND JOE ,is telling you the whole story,but i would add that you should be getting between 1800 and 2200 lbs pressure from your pump and there has to be a bypass valve either in the pump or in the loader control valve that may be stuck or dirty.but as stated you should first determine if there is internal leakage in the cylinders,Only one cylinder needs to leak in order to cause the system to stop working.
