Lanse it could be an Allis trail type mower like an 80T look at it closer and see if it has a set of connecting rods hooked to the knife if it has then this is known as twin wheel drive by Allis. As others have said a sickle can be allot of fun to use but be very careful especially when you pick up the knife to put it in transport mode that thing can move when you least expect it.
