My neighbor got a used Kioti LB2214 the other day he installed his mower and used it one time and nome he cannot get the three point to react when operating the control lever.I looked at parts breakdown and control shaft appears to be in three sections,and where it attaches to the valve it is connected with a Circlip or E clip.Is htis most likely going to be the point of failure?It looks as if one would need to remove rops fenders and seat then remove the upper section of trans.I go in for a major surgery on Tuesday and dont want to get into a major repair at this time.Any and all help will be appreciated.
