Co-op Tractors were built by Cockshutt for Co-op. Some say only the sheet metal and paint scheme were different.
Cockshutt Plow Company of Brantford, Ontario, Canada, introduced independent PTO in 1947 on their model 30. Cockshutt had previously sold Oliver tractors under the Cockshutt name and was eventually bought by Oliver Corporation but for a while after WWII they produced their own units. For several years I had been driving by a farm house on the west side of Indianapolis that had a John Deere combine parked in high weeds in a lot behind the house.
