I just bought a supposedly "strong running,great condition" snowmobile engine. Upon recieving it I noticed it was haphazardly packaged. That was the least of my worries as the engine didn't even turn over. The seller scammed me and knew that the shipping makes it so I can't get a refund. Then he suggested scamming ups for any money the motor needs. I'm new to ebay and two of three transactions have been bad so far. This one set me back over $300. Buyer beware Ebay doesn't seem to care what happens to you as long as they get their cheese! The new feedback system is good though, the other bad one was a retalitory feedback by a seller who sold me a faulty part.
