The Chinese are buying for future needs, but why are American companies allowed to sell our future needs? They are also renting farms around the world for future food production since they messed theirs up with pollution and bad planning. Of all things they're planting rubber trees through out China and around the world for the anticipate surge in cars. I didn't think tires were even made from rubber trees any more.
