I agree with what Dave said and have for years. Once they buyer has made payment for the item, his "contractual" obligations are complete and the seller should leave positive feedback. That is all the buyer is responsible for. I hate that alot of sellers don't even leave feedback and they state in their auctions they won't leave feedback until the buyer has left feedback for them. Seems to me like they are hiding something.
The requirement for shipping fees to be included in the auction is a long overdue requirement. I, as I am sure most of you do, calcelate how much I will bid based on what the total costs with shipping are going to be. Dealing with farm equipment parts especially, I hate contacting sellers to try and determine a shipping price. And I hate it even more when I know I am getting ripped off on shipping after the auction is over.
