Remove all solids down to ? microns (sub-micron preferably) add some thinner (diesel?) and go. Or heat the mixture adequately to get the viscosity right at the injectors.
The old single and twin cylinder Lister diesels (CS) and similar clones, along with other engine types, are used for this regularly for gen sets.
Indirect injection seems the easiest way to go as direct seems to lead to serious engine damage in some cases when things go wrong (IDI is less likely to get unburned fuel between the piston and cylinder).
