Back in 1980 we bought a new property in Denver and we decided to sod the place. The day it was to be delivered and laid we had an erand to run so we left the house most of the afternoon. When we returned there was one guy laying sod and the neighbors were gathered in little groups in the streets. Seems not long after the sod layers arrived so did the INS.
