Ken, Been following the advent of running automobles on Hydrogen gas for over 20 years now. The main problem they have had, is a save storage vessel. They have developed a hydrogen cell, but the cost of the cell has been extremely high. I can't see where it would not work if one only produced hydrogen gas on the supply and demand principle of what the engine required.
Also don't take much DC current running thur water to seperate the hydro. and Oxy gases. While in college a few of us quite, shy, never do anything wrong guys, filled a balloon to about 6in in diameter with hydrogen gas we produced in Physics lab. then we hung it on the black board of the lecture hall, set it off with a match on the end of broom handle. After the big bang, we had people running into lecture hall to find out what had happened. It shook the whole building and everyone thought windows were going to blow out...hhmmmmm
Geeese none us could hear for over a week...wonder why.. Never never ever tried that again.."Oh when we were young and foolish AND now I've gotten old and stupid."
