Rustyfarmall, you are right on the money! I had sent an item to someone in the UK. Paypal pulled the money back out of my account because the customer said he never received. I had the tracking number showing where they tried to deliver the item to the confirmed address three times and he would not accept! I am still trying to get the part back, but as of right now I am out the money and the part and I followed the ebay and paypal instructions to the letter. I have my attorney involved and we will see how it comes out. One thing for sure is I will never use or accept Paypal again!
