Let's see now: 18 miles to my further most field, Case 1370 burns 6 GPH, old yeller runs 18 MPH tops, so takes 1 hr 15 minutes just to get there. In other words 8 gallon there 8 gallon back, without even Mo-Co ing the hay. 16 gallons at 4.50 (OUR local price) equals $72.00 just for fuel without cutting ANY. Still haven't come over and baled it yet, hauled it, etc. Last years tax return was a real eye opener on the hay work, you would think I would wise up. DOUG
