Make sure that the pump/pto are connected. There is a lever under the seat on the left hand side of the case. Step on the clutch and move that lever rearward to engage the pump/pto. Now try the lever. If that doesn"t work, you neeed to open the access panel on the right side where the dip stick is to observe the control linkage. In the futiure, you have better sucess getting a quicker answer if you go to the Ferguson forum.
