Irwin tools make a socket set for use on damaged and rounded heads.Try that first.
If they don't go,cut the bolts off(grinder,torch etc),remove manifold and use the candle wax trick:
Being the 6.0 has aluminum heads,heat the stud with oxy/acetylene torch 'til red hot,then take a candle and melt it by holding at base of stud 'til it stops smoking and melting.When cooling,the wax will pull into threads of stud.Put vise grip on stud and turn it out.Never failed me yet.
Did it on a '01 Silverado 6.0 and a 98 Expedition 5.8 both with aluminum heads.Takes a little practice.
