Land behind me rents for $100.00 per acre. Thats been the price for the last couple of years. I'm sure that will go up next year. Some rent for a 60-40 split or 70-30 depending on who pays for what. Farmer gets the larger amount. $160-PA. is the most I've ever heard of around here. Farm program [Set aside] averages about $80.00 PA.
