case model La pto

My Case La pto would not disengage,so I took the four bolts off of the back plate with the pto shaft through itpulled the unit out and found a series of clutch disk that set in a splined hub.When I try to put it back together all of those clutches teeth get out of line in it is impossible to get them back into the hub does anyone have any suggestions on how to get it back together?
