I just bought a jd500 backhoe, and am starting to use it. It has been sitting in a barn for a long time, but it is in great shape. BUT, the swing cylinder barrel thing is leaking pretty bad when i put the boom under a load. Does anyone know how to remove this barrel assembly cylinder thing? it appears that the entire boom must be removed for servicing, but god i hope not.. any help would be greatly appreciated...
