You didn't mention how you shipped the part I'm suprised if you shipped just about anyway there should have been a tracking number of some sort way to track it that's required by the ICC even USPS you can put a tracer on it which takes awhile but that puts everything on hold until you get a resolution if you have a receipt you can have it tracked. Now if you shipped it overseas that's another story. Since the Anthrax deal a few years ago they've been real tight on this. Even if you threw your reciept away and you have a date they can look it up. Good Luck CT
