Not sure where they came from, but we used to get those on occasion from up north, I can remember the wire ties, never saw bales tied with wire, everyone used sisal here, they were heavy, between the shows we used to run and trucking horses, sometimes an odd bale would show up on the truck left over from a trucking job, or a load bought for a show, suckers certainly were heavy, not like what we baled, and I sure was not slinging those around, how'd you like to get whacked by one of them coming off a kicker, I can recall at a young age having a regular size one come off a kicker and me not seeing it, that'll learn ya, one of them would hurt ya.
