I dismount and patch a tube for $12.50. New tube would run about $10. If you brought in a tube with several patches and told me of all the flats you have been having I would suggest that you put in a new tube and may some sealer. I am sure you have too much to do than to be repairing tires. I have found that tubes sometimes get thin with use and just start getting holes.
