I renegotiating my haybaling deal with the people I bale for. I'm proposing 2/3 for me and 1/3 profit for them. The cost of gas, twine, fertilizer, seed, barn rental,etc. will be split along those lines. I will do all the labor and sales, and pay for repairs and maint. to my equip. They will pay taxes on the land (which is very small) I will get all monies from any delivery charges, which I will do also. These are good people I bale for and neighbors, just want to make sure this is fair for both of us. I way under charged last year, but it was the first year I baled on a big scale. Opinions?
