Not familiar with that machine in particular but if it has a computer check the alternator. I know alot of machines with a computer sense off the alternator to determine if the engine is running and if so to lock out the starter. If a diode blows or leaks by a set voltage,(say around 2 volts) even while stationary, the computer thinks the engine is running and won't let you "restart" it. Not being familiar with that I couldn't tell you on that machine what post to check or if it's even a possible cause. All I can say for sure is it is something I've seen happen on numerous pieces of equipment over the years. Good luck.
