Have LOTS of $$$ available for the initial purchase and a WHOLE LOT MORE for the restoration. I love old tractors and steam power is a particular favorite but to decide if "owning" your own steam tractor is for you, try this little test. Locate a sauna that you can borrow. Dress in your coldest winter weather gear complete with scarf, mittens, parka and snowsuit. Get in the sauna and remain there fully clothed, for 30 minutes. Now pull out your wallet and begin tearing up $100 bills. If this is an enjoyable occupation, buy a steam tractor. ;-)
