The ignition switch would still be there in my wreck. HOWEVER, a new one from your friendly DEERE dealer is only about $11.95!!! The part number is AM34467. This is for a manual-start unit, which is what mine is.
ANY DEERE dealer should be able to have one in a day or two.
IF you have the optional electric starter, the ignition switch is Part # AM32701 (ROUND starter) or Part # AM36079 (replaces Part # AM34590) if you have the SQUARE starter.
The AM32701 MAY be tough to get. There MAY be a "sub".
