I'll agree to the "greed" part,.... but what about the weak value of Mexico's paso compared to the US dollar. Compare Canada's lower valued dollar, and yet, Canada's fuel price is HIGHER (just the opposite of Mexico).
It's hard to believe "taxs" can vary enough to make such a huge difference in the price of fuel, because I thought the tax on road fuel (here in the States) accounted for about $ .40 to $ .50 per gallon.
