I have one and love it. Recognizes all the right of way roads between fields etc. Mine was an elcheapo and had not sold for quite awhile and was a little outdated. Comsumer laws in Germany are pretty protective. Just had to call the service# and had software in the mailbox the next day. Before you spend a lot of extra $$. I'd call your service#, if that doesn't do it, return it and buy another. You may have got a freak.
