Took the carb off the A it was full of rust.Cleaned the carb and I can't get the brass peice in the center of the carb to move. Is it a free moving part? It had a spring under it .What does this part do?Do I need to get it free?I'm looking for some manuals for my new projects trying to find a deal. So if anyone can help me out until I get some that would be great.Thanks for all the replies to my other postings.
