Know absolutely nothing about 4020's, but if it's not a powershift, one would think putting it in gear, turn the throttle up a little, towing it with something,it should fire up being an older diesel without electronics, running on compression, no spark needed, nor batteries hooked up, don't quote me and I do stand to be corrected, also use care, throttle it up a little and be prepared to shut it down quickly if necessary, kind of a 2 person job.
