Dick L , you are a marketing guru! Some people will spend thousands and 4-6yrs of their life in college to get a degree in marketing just to learn how to do what you just instructed. That, and variations of the same,are used on the trusting public every day. It's very unfortunate but in this world today you can either be a doormat or an A-Hole because there seems to be no in-between any more. And I , for one ,refuse to be a doormat so guess what that makes me? When it's all said and done , the best you can hope to gain from this is an education. The next chump you buy from may think you are an A-hole because of your demands before sale but it's either that or be a "doormat" again. The choice is yours.
