Yes - Jose is correct. Many, if not most, cultures cannot sustain individual liberty. Thanks to the nanny-state coddling in this country since Roosevelt set us on the socialist path, American culture will not sustain liberty more than one or two more generations either. Americns are not losing their freedom - they are demanding to have it taken away in the name of absolute safety and social handouts to undeserving people.
