I know it is required insurance, but he has a right to claim it. Maybe stating that is part of his compensation was not a accurate way of describing it. My thinking was that it is part of the cost of employing somebody. I really hope the makes out ok, getting a job at 58 won't be easy. I am leaving my employer soon, at age 53, but I am taking a retirement package. I do hope to work in the future, but I am going to change carreers. No more factory work.
