The only reason he got off easy. Was because she did not really push it or want much. Many women don't want to be botherd by the ex husband and therefore lay off them on perpose. So they will pay surely. But that is only one case of many who get taken to the cleaner. As for the crime .. I am a retired officer. First of all. Not all go to court at the sametime. Sounds like this case is one of them. So the judge today here's say her case and her attorney tells the court how sweet she is. The men lead her into it..can here it now. Heard it many many times. ... Now the next guy who makes it to court may not even have that same judge. Happens a lot that way. Days off .. etc etc. So he only here's even another poscutor even at times. Story goes on and on. At least someone is caught on this case. So many get away with this small crime they call it.
