Gene, I have one of these engines in a 1957 Allis Chalmers airport tug , and also have a service manual for an A-C forklift that used this engine. A-C called it the "G153" It originated at the Buda Machine & Foundry co. at Harvey, Ill. A-C bought them in the early 50's Anyway , the flat bottom swivel insert in the rocker arm does'nt seem to be a service part, but rather a part of the rocker ass'y. Are yours missing or damaged??
