I dont know.... This is the one area I might belive there is some hanky panky going on.
I have been reading alot about all this new exploration in the Dakotas and the keystone state. All that stuff is hard to get at and oil prices need to be above $60 a barrel to make money on it.
I think the prices are high because some one thinks we will be better off in the long run with high fuel costs. Same as I think the price was low because some one thought we were better off with them low.
