There's one of them sitting just down the road a bit from me at a pickup truck salvage yard. Couldn't tell you any details, but it looks like they shortened the frame and driveshaft, centered the seat and steering wheel behind the engine, put big truck rims and tractor tires on the rear with about 14 inch rims on the front. I'm pretty sure they used a truck rear end, don't know about the engine, trans, etc.
