Gary's was a salvage yard basically, bought/traded old tractors and equipment and anything else. Probably 95% of the stuff in his yard (close to 300 acres) was junk and had been cannibleized. He did have a private collection of some neat stuff that brought some big dollars. He was a pretty fair guy to deal with, if noone else had a part odds were he did and wouldn't bend you over a barrel to let it go. As for rusting, our average humidity here is probably less than 15% in the winter and not much over that in the summer so rust on outside stored items is pretty minimal.
