I've cut down on my driving. We used to drive 35 miles to "the big city" on a whim. Haven't done that for quite a while. Apparently we're not the only ones. Last night on the news (Ohio) they announced road repair projects are being cancelled due to a drop in gas tax receipts. It's a tax per gallon and they said less gallons are being consumed. Seems like a catch 22 that could spiral out of control.
