I bought a '74 140(HD version) several years ago, with 48" mowing deck, front snowblower, front blade, extra set of blades, optional 3-pt hitch, a set of wheel weights and rear chains, and a home made back blade for the rear hitch for $1400.00. I put around $600.00 in it, including some engine work, new hydrostatic valves and some cosmetic goodies. I use mine mostly for mowing and letting the kids learn on it now. I wouldn't sell it for less than $2500.00, after all try pricing a new one to replace it now. I also have a friend who is looking for a rear shaft for his '69 140, would you happen to have one?
