your tractor has a two stage clutch if you are getting a vibration in the pedal when you are slipping the clutch I would think the clutch disk is comming apart.if it stops half way up ( the PTO)it would not be the throw out bearing. I can get you a clutch if you need one they are alittle pricey some where around $700. Thanks Ed
