Here in MO., If I understand the changes made when CC was approved, is you can have a loaded UNconsealed piston on you hip or on the truck dash with no problem. If you hide it you need a CC permit. I think you still need a permit from the Sheriff to buy the pistol. Long gun I do not think have a problem. The laws were also loosened on when you can shoot to defend yourself or your property. I DO NOT know the details real close as I do not carry any weapons in the truck.
