Martin,
I read your requirements and I read your anticipated means of meeting these expectations and they won't come together. With somewhat of a wince, I have to suggest that you consider getting a Kubota. It will be more than you want to spend but it will meet all your needs as well as it will have good enough brakes to control safely on the hills. Good luck
