with a body lift I bet it will but alot of workhad to think about it for a sec but that is the engines that are in our INL. 4700 with 6 plus trans.The trans is a joke for a heavy truck because it don't have 2 speeds but the engine is economical even in the 4700s loaded down pretty heavy. the length may cause some issues but the height of the 466 would be more the problem. with a saw,torch,hammer,welder,and sailor's thesaurus I bet it can be shoe horned in
