There is injector oil that most shops use in place of regular diesel fuel. It has to be special ordered. It contains lanolin among other things and is easier on the hands. If regular diesel fuel is used and the pump sets for a while before being used , there is the possibility the pump will seize up.I used to keep several pumps rebuilt ahead and ready for exchange. Never had one to lock up using the injector C from Shell Oil. Last I knew, it came in barrels only. Not something the ordinary guy would want to have around.lol.So I would do as Bob suggests and use the surgical gloves and use the fuel you ordinarily burn in your tractor.You might try using some hand lotion that contains lanolin before putting on the gloves if your allergy is thet bad.
