The place near me will give you tin price if you mix in lesser materials with things like cast or steel. There is no argument if you bring like materials together, take the oil out of the rear hoursing, should get the cast price, and bring any other cast items you can, you could take the drums off the cars, some work there just to separate those.
I hate dealing with these places, you can't get in and out without getting sh$t stuck in your tires, people are jerks to you once inside, best to keep things sorted and as prepared as you can to get the best price from them, they will undercut the value of the load if it is mixed, at least at this place they do.
