Lawn here looks better cutting it with a 12mph versus the 8mph machine. All about tip speed and the new mower can keep the tip speed up higher even at 12mph then the old machine could at 8mph. Just more powerful of a motor.
Plus I get less tire stripes on the lawn. I would never go back to an 8mph machine. Learned my lesson.
