There is a another guy called "fattywagon" at the listerengine site who is tinkering with this and also a closed loop engine.
The six cycle engine could be made to work but where are you going to find enough demineralized water while on the road?
Cost and complexity will be a factor.
Frozen and busted engines & equipment will be common once again. Something that hasn't been much since the 1950's/1960's.
As for fatty's closed cycle engine. His descriptions show his lack of understanding physics & chemistry. The auxillary equipment to manufacture pure oxygen and scrub CO2 made the closed loop engine impossible to operate at a net gain.
